Shipping Costs



SHIPPING - ships out products via Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS & other Postal Service depending on the size of packages. We will physically ship out IN STOCK orders 1-3 business days after we receive an order. We will provide tracking or delivery confirmation (this is not a tracking , it does not show where a pickage is in transit, it only shows if a package has been delivered or not) upon process of shippment. is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been proven a successful delivery by either tracking # or delivery confirmation. does not provide any form of insurance, customer must special request insurance when order is placed and at their own expense.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US - ships to addresses in the 50 United States, with the following exceptions: Hotels / Motels, etc. (USA) Trade Shows / Conventions / Conferences APO/FPO addresses (USA) Freight Forwarders

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - ships internationally by Postal Service and the package will be delivered by your local postal service. Shipping cost is automatically calculated according to items orderd. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items shipped to international addresses. does not provide any form of insurance, customer must special request insurance when order is placed at their own expense.

BACKORDER POLICY - The product you have ordered is currently unavailable at our warehouse location. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience. We will provide you with estimated time of arrival (ETA dates) for any backordered products. If the items are on back order for more than a week, we will contact the customer OR we will automatically give a full refund. Sometimes refunds may take up to 10 - 14 business days to issue.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS - Cancel order requests must be made prior to the item shipping. Once Shipped, all cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well. Special ordered items cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS - Returns will only be accepted if we're notified within 5 days from the time the merchandise was received (less shipping and handling). You must obtain a valid RMA number before sending any products back. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returned items must be returned undamaged and unused in original packaging and in new, saleable condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping on returned items. For defective items or shipping error we will send out a replacement after we receive the defective or error part. In some cases we may ask the customer to just keep the part. We will pay for shipping of replacement items and will not be subject to the restocking fee. In case of any type returns is not responsible for the return shipping cost or any installation costs incurred by the customer. does not accept returns on the following items:

Non-Stocking Items (i.e. products that are not regularly stocked.)

Special Order Parts, commonly referred to as No Cancel / No Return products, these products or brands include: OSIR Design, TID Styling, RevoZport, JC Sportline, Hofele Design, stvbek and AutoTecknic.

Electronic items (i.e. Any products that are controlled by or contains electronic components)

VIN coded products (i.e. items ordered specifically for your VIN)

OBTAINING AN RMA NUMBER - Please email us and your order information and include a detailed description of the reason for return. Our returns department will email you an authorized return number with instructions on how to return an item. Always write this RMA number clearly and visibly on the outside of the package.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS - Any domestic orders that are returned to as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee. Any international orders that are refused or returned to may be subject to additional charges for shipping, handling, duties, fees and taxes. All international returns must be shipped with duties, fees and taxes prepaid by the sender. reserves the right to refuse delivery of packages that require payment of duties, fees and taxes that have not been prepaid by the sender. Any product(s) that are returned due to vehicle application errors, shipping errors, product warranty and/or damage claims will be considered on a case by case basis. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any item to In the event that we provide parts that were different from what was ordered, is only responsible for shipping those items back to the address used on the original order. DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS - If you've received a damaged item, you MUST notify our Customer Service Deparment within five business days to initiate a damaged package claim. It is required that you keep all of the packaging material, box(es) and broken items until the shipping carrier completes the investigation. If you are missing any items from your order, you MUST notify the Customer Service Deparment within five business days of receiving the items. If you fail to report damaged and/or missing items in your shipment within five business days of receiving the package, replacement items will not be shipped out under any circumstances.

LOST PACKAGES - If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us right away so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier you have originally selected. Replacement parts will not be sent until the shipping carrier terminates the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped. UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. USPS can require from five to ninety business days, depending on your country's time requirement that has been set forth. Please note that this is the policy of the shipper and not of does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete. will not provide refunds for any lost package under any circumstances.

WARRANTY - All items on are warrantied to be free from defects in manufacture, material and workmanship prior to installation. Any improper installation, alteration, improper use will void this warranty. This warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination for all warranty claims will be at our sole discretion. This warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or shipping costs, arising from the use of any products on the website. We do not warranty any part that has become defective due to faulty installation or abuse in any way. We cannot accept responsibility for any inconvenience or loss encountered by the use of a defective part. We reserve the right to withhold refund or exchange until the defective part has been completely examined and tested by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to refuse refund of core charges when the core returned is in unacceptable condition. We highly recommend more compliated items such as headlights and some tail lights are to be installed by professionals. All lighting products including headlights, foglights, taillights, blinkers, sidemarkers & corners may be subject to condensation, this situation is normal as some of the ligting products are designed to dissipate the condensation, if condensation does not go away, the item may have to be removed from the vehicle and dried accordingly. We DO NOT REPLACE items that have condensation in them as weather conditions may vary from different regions, some places may experience extreme weather conditions that can cause such unpreventable condensation.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT PARTS - All the shipping costs of warranty replacement parts will to be covered by the customer. The shipping cost of returning a part is also covered by the customer.
